Piero Maroni was born in Terni on May 18, 1960

From 1980 to 1990 he actively attended the studios of architects Franco Maroni in Terni and Loreto Zaccagni in Rome, collaborating on their common designs. He has lectured on "Experimentation in subsidized construction" at the Faculty of Architecture of Ferrara and Modena. He was responsible for the Definitive Intervention Program (P.I.D.) for the experimental construction of: 100 lodgings for the Green City Coop - Terni 15 lodgings in Valfabbrica - Perugia 32 lodgings in Torcheggina and S. Maria degli Angeli - Perugia.

He participated in the training course for "Design Coordinator" and "Works Execution Coordinator" on safety in temporary or mobile construction sites pursuant to Law 81/2008 Diploma in 1997
